Warranty Policy

At ENROUTE, we stand behind the quality of the products we sell and work closely with our brand partners to support warranty claims when issues arise.

Most products sold by ENROUTE are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which is provided and administered directly by the brand.

Because of this, warranty approvals and final decisions are made by the manufacturer, not by ENROUTE.

How Warranty Claims Work

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our team and we will help facilitate the warranty process with the brand.

To begin a warranty request, please email:

run@enroute.run

Include:

  • Order number (if available)
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem
  • Approximate date of purchase

Our team will review the information and submit the claim to the brand on your behalf where applicable.

Warranty Assessment

Once submitted, the manufacturer will evaluate the product and determine whether the issue qualifies under their warranty policy.

Possible outcomes may include:

  • Repair of the product
  • Replacement of the product
  • Store credit or product exchange
  • Warranty denial if the issue falls outside warranty coverage

All warranty decisions are made solely at the discretion of the manufacturer.

What Is Not Covered

Manufacturer warranties generally do not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Crash damage or accidents
  • Improper use or care
  • Modifications or alterations to the product
  • Products used for commercial or rental purposes

Warranty policies vary between brands, and coverage will follow the specific manufacturer’s guidelines.

Processing Time

Warranty claims may take 2–6 weeks depending on the brand and product category.

Some items may need to be returned for inspection before a decision can be made.

ENROUTE Support

While ENROUTE does not make final warranty determinations, we will always do our best to assist you through the process and advocate with our brand partners when appropriate.

Final Warranty Authority

All warranty claims are subject to the terms and approval of the product’s manufacturer.

ENROUTE reserves the right to decline warranty processing if a product clearly falls outside of manufacturer warranty coverage.
