The Men's Cloudmonster Hyper is the Cloudmonster silhouette with its everyday Helion top swapped for Helion HF — the PEBA-based hyper-foam first used on the Cloudboom Echo 3 — over a firmer CloudTec carrier. That combination makes it On's max-cushion super-trainer: the shoe for the meat of a marathon build, when Sunday long runs and mid-week volume ask for cushioning with some return in it. The taller-stacked Cloudmonster 3 Hyper came after it, and the PAF version is the design collaboration; this is the standard men's original.
