The Men's Speedgoat 7 is the 2025 generation of Hoka's technical trail all-rounder — and the first Speedgoat on a supercritical EVA midsole. The switch sheds real weight, bringing the shoe to ~257 g against the Speedgoat 6's ~283 g, while keeping the family formula intact: 37/32 mm stack, 5 mm drop, Meta-Rocker geometry and Vibram Megagrip with 5 mm Traction Lugs. Named for Karl Meltzer's Speedgoat 50K, it is the lightest, liveliest Speedgoat yet.
