Ciele Athletics was founded in Montreal in 2014 by Jeremy Bresnen (formerly Head Designer at Orage) and Mike Giles, with a single product: the GOCap, a five-panel running hat with UPF-rated knit front panels, COOLmatic mesh at the back, and a soft packable SOFTflat brim. One factory order of 1,400 caps in nine colourways became the cultural artefact of a generation of runners — more than a million Ciele caps later, the brand has expanded head-to-toe, but the cap is still the centre of gravity. The TRKCap is Ciele's trucker-cut running cap — the higher-crown, snap-back-style member of the line. A pinched crown with a COOLmatic 3D air-mesh front panel for packable structure, a classic racer-mesh back for airflow and soft feel, and a soft pre-curved brim for long-run comfort. The SC variant sits on a 58 cm start fit, with lightweight performance-ready COOLmatic fabric and REPREVE recycled fibre. UPF +40 throughout.
