Ciele Athletics was founded in Montreal in 2014 by Jeremy Bresnen (formerly Head Designer at Orage) and Mike Giles, with a single product: the GOCap, a five-panel running hat with UPF-rated knit front panels, COOLmatic mesh at the back, and a soft packable SOFTflat brim. One factory order of 1,400 caps in nine colourways became the cultural artefact of a generation of runners — more than a million Ciele caps later, the brand has expanded head-to-toe, but the cap is still the centre of gravity. The ALZCap Carbon Iconic VC takes the small-fit ALZCap chassis and rebuilds it in Ciele's Iconic VC / Carbon trim — a carbon-graphic finish, race-forward detailing, and the tightest race-weight silhouette in the cap line. 49 g, 56.5 cm fit, UPF +40, SOFTflat brim. Built for runners who want the ALZCap fit with the carbon aesthetic.
