Fuji Lite 7

The FUJI LITE 7 is ASICS' lightweight, performance-focused trail running shoe, updated for 2026 with a more durable engineered-woven upper and improved midfoot lockdown. FF BLAST PLUS cushioning delivers a lightweight, responsive ride, while the ASICSGRIP outsole with 4 mm lugs provides traction across varied terrain. It sits between a lightweight trail trainer and a faster technical-terrain shoe in intent: nimble enough for quicker trail sessions, cushioned for everyday off-road mileage, and protective enough for rocky, root-filled routes. Unlike the more cushioned TRABUCO MAX, the FUJI LITE 7 prioritizes agility, ground control, and a closer connection to the trail.
