The women's Vaporfly 4 is Nike's 5K-to-marathon racer, tuned shorter and lighter than the Alphafly. ZoomX midsole with a full-length carbon Flyplate at an increased 20 degree angle, dropped stack versus the VF3. Reviewers describe it as firmer and snappier than earlier Vaporflys, with a better feel the faster you go.
